Welcome to the Turn 2 Foundation's web site, a non-commercial web site. It is this site's intention to adhere to the Children's Online Protection and Privacy Act (COPPA). This notice describes our practices of collecting, using, and disclosing personal information from children under 13. This information is used only for the purpose of contacting such participants where necessary (e.g. contest winners). The information is not disclosed to any outside third parties. No user is required to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in a contest or similar activity as a condition of participation. A parent may, upon written request, review his or her child's personal information, ask to have it deleted, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of his or her child's information.
