In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Listen.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program not knowing very much about it, but having hopes of gaining a better knowledge of what it means to be a leader, having a chance to give back to the community, make lasting friendships and do what I had to in order to earn my scholarship and use the program to the fullest.

What have you gained from the program? I've learned how important it is to listen, especially because there are a lot of us with our own opinions and everyone wants to be heard, but in order to work together we must listen and build upon each other's words.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is when we get to go on College tours because it's fun to become closer to one another as friends and gain insight on potential colleges we may want to attend.
