In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Perseverance

Why did you join the program? Through the program, I like the idea of being able to help out the community, by doing community service and setting up events.

What have you gained from the program? By joining the program, I have just become a better person overall because of the activities and the mentoring.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is the trips, because I get to bond with my fellow leaders.
