In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Dedication.

Why did you join the program? I joined Jeter's Leaders because I wanted to find a way to contribute to my community. I wanted an organization that had goals for young men and women that were similar to the goals I had for myself.

What have you gained from the program? From the program, I have gained a way to help the community around me by educating my peers and the younger generation.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is being surrounded by other teens that have similar goals and aspirations for themselves and their communities. I like the fact that we all work together in projects to create a finished product that affects the lives of so many people.
