In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Friendship.

Why did you join the program? I joined this program to meet other leaders and to have the opportunity to participate in community activities.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained friends and people that I am going to know for a long time as well as leadership skills of course, and have improved in public speaking.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is the activities that we participate in. We are involved in various things in the community. The trips are eye opening and educational I look forward to attending them as well as seeing people that I don't get to see all week and catch up with them.
