In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Responsibility.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program to enhance my leadership qualities. I wanted to give back to my community by mentoring at different sites; to give them a positive role model in their lives.

What have you gained from the program? I gained a lot form the program. I learned to prioritize my time much better and to take responsibility for my actions. The Jeter's Leaders have taught me to uphold my commitments and be a positive role model.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program would be going on college tours. I like those most of all because I get to bond with the fellow leaders as well as have a good time learning about opportunities that might a wait me in the future.
