In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Power.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program to help gain leadership skills and experience. With the tools and experience I can gain through Jeter's Leaders the ability to change society is possible.

What have you gained from the program? I feel as if I have gained hands on college experience through the well-guided tours of the campuses. Not only that, but also, the speakers that come in for the meeting provide knowledge information that is helping in life. Things such as writing a resume, public speaking, presenting yourself and eating healthy are all applicable to life and will need to be utilized soon in life.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is listening to the speakers that come in during the meetings, asking those questions as well as doing interactive activities. I think this really helps people learn because if you just listen to a lecture all day you do not really retain the information in your head. With interactive activities, you can have fun while learning, which encourages you to learn more and helps you remember things better and easier.
