In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Responsible

Why did you join the program? I joined the program to give back to the community and make a change in the lives of little kids. I saw this program as a good way to offer my time and ideas, and influence the youth to make positive choices.

What have you gained from the program? From the program, I've gained a number of different things. I've gained a sense of self-confidence by being able to speak in large groups. I've developed as a role model by setting good examples for my peers to follow and I've become committed to everything I've set out to do.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite parts of the program are all the activities we do, as well as the youth summits and leadership conference.
