In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Determination

Why did you join the program? I joined the program to be a part of something that gives back to the community. It makes me feel real good when I am able to help others.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained a sense of my mission through this program. My mission is to help others. I have also learned how to be more open minded and learned how to be opened to certain situations.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part is mingling with everyone else. We learn at a young age how to deal with different personalities.
