In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Responsibility.

Why did you join the program? I felt it gave me the chance to gain a new experience and help people in need.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained more leadership skills and have been able to take those skills and use them every day of my life.

What is your favorite part of the program? The team building activities and college tours, because I know that I wouldn't have chances to do these different activities on my own.
