In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Leading by example.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program for numerous reasons such as being a good decision-maker. Other leaders who were in the program spoke highly about the benefits of the program, such as the exposure it gives you to college and other opportunities.

What have you gained from the program? This program has opened my eyes about college and has allowed me to improve my speaking skills and much more.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is the experiences like meeting people like Diane DiResta, a public speaking coach, visiting Harvard University and attending workshops that really help me to grow as a person.
