In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Guidance.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program so I may experience what it feels like to better my community and enjoy doing it too!

What have you gained from the program? I've gained many, many things: friends, experience, motivation, achievement, sense of leadership, significance, knowledge, and understanding.

What is your favorite part of the program? I enjoy the fact that we go on trips that we can both enjoy and educate ourselves on numerous subjects (i.e. Colleges and Universities).
