In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Responsibility.

Why did you join the program? I joined this program because I felt like it would help me with a lot of things such as leadership skills, college preparation and improving my test-taking skills.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained more responsibility and can speak more easily in front of crowds. I have also gained really good friends.

What is your favorite part of the program? I like the mentoring sessions and the fact that what we do helps me with everyday life.
