In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Self-Determination.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program because I enjoy working with children and doing community service and also, because I wanted to be able to impact other lives through my work.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained public speaking skills, and more leadership skills such as the ability to work well with all types of people.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is mentoring children. I feel as though I have a lasting effect on these children especially when I am able to work one on one with them.
