In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Determination.

Why did you join the program? To change my community for the better, to unleash the leader within, and to push myself towards public speaking.

What have you gained from the program? I gained a first person perspective on different colleges and their campus, skills to write a resume. Interviewing skills, public speaking skills, the strength and courage to do something I want to be done, more people to trust.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is the program's End of the Year Dinner. It's enjoyable because you get to see all the new Leaders and last year I received so many awards.
