In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Initiative.

Why did you join the program? I joined Jeter's Leaders so I can help the younger kids like my Jeter's Leaders did when I was younger and to improve on being a Leader and to learn to be a better Leader.

What have you gained from the program? I've gained the ability to make the right choices and how to be a better Leader.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is mentoring and helping the younger kids do activities with the children. (Giving back what my Jeter's Leaders gave to me.)
