In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Leading.

Why did you join the program? I joined Jeter's Leaders to learn how to be a role-model and knowing how to carry myself. Learning how to set examples for others and taking responsibility for my actions and taking initiative.

What have you gained from the program? I have learned how to lead by example and how to become a better role model and person.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is working with the community to better the environment. Working with the Proud 2 Be Me and Youth in Action kids on how to become a better role-model.
