In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Honesty.

Why did you join the program? Because I wanted to be a part of an organization that put out a positive message. Also because it's a way that I can reach out to the community and give back.

What have you gained from the program? I have gained many friends, more confidence, and made me a better public speaker.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part is having guest speakers talk to us about things that will help us in the future. I also love my fellow Jeter's Leaders because they always have positive attitudes and make Jeter's Leaders more enjoyable.
