In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Commitment.

Why did you join the program? I joined the Jeter's Leaders because I love to work with little kids, and the Jeter's Leaders do a lot of that.

What have you gained from the program? From the Jeter's Leaders program, I have gained more knowledge about things our community has to offer for teens.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is doing things I love with a whole new set of friends!
