In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Responsibility.

Why did you join the program? I joined this program because I want to learn how to become a positive role model. I also want to get involved in community service and make new friends.

What have you gained from the program? I have become less shy, and I have made more friends. I have also learned what it means to be a leader and, in the process, have improved my public-speaking skills.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite parts of the program are the activities such as the Washington, D.C., trip to the NIAAA and the college tours. I also enjoy the bonding opportunities we have with the other Leaders.
