Mission Statement:
To create and support signature programs and activities that motivate young people to turn away from drugs and alcohol and "TURN 2" healthy lifestyles. Through these ventures, the Foundation strives to create outlets that promote and reward academic excellence, leadership development and positive behavior.     The Jeter's Leaders Program recognizes students for their academic achievements, extracurricular activities and community service. Leaders are responsible for delivering a positive message to their peers and focusing on living drug- and alcohol-free lives.

The Jeter’s Leaders is a youth leadership, social change program named by the captain of the New york Yankees, Derek Jeter, and funded by his Turn 2 Foundation. The program is designed to promote healthy lifestyles, academic achievement and social change activism among high school students.
